Q.  What is your refund policy?
A.  If we can fill the time you have reserved, we will refund all of your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee. If all or part of the time goes unused, the deposit will go towards paying for that time and any difference would then be refunded.

Q. Is there direct beach access?
A.  No, there is a public, handicapped accessible ramp about 200 feet South of the house.

Q.  How can I check to see if my dates are available?
A.  You may visit our online calendar which is constantly updated.

Q.  How many bedrooms does the house have and how are the beds arranged? 
A. The house has 4 rooms; 2 master suites and 2 bedrooms. The first master suite is located on the 2nd floor and features a king size bed. On the third floor the master suite has a king sized bed, bedroom #3 has one queen sized bed and bedroom #4 (perfect for small families or children) has two queen sized beds. The main house is designed to sleep 10 people in 4 bedrooms. The back cabin features one king sized bed and a loft sleeping area that can accommodate up to 4 people. This vacation rental may accommodate a total of 16 guests.

Q. How many bathrooms are there and where are they located?
A. There are 3.5 bathrooms in the main house and 1 bathroom in the back cabin with a glass shower stall and w/c. One full bathroom is on the first floor near the back entrance. The half bathroom is located on the 2nd floor next to the dining area. The master suite bathroom on the 2nd floor features dual vanity sinks, a soaking tub and stand alone glass shower and w/c. The second master suite bathroom is located on the third floor and also features dual vanity sinks, a soaking tub with hand shower and a stand alone glass shower and w/c.

The 4th bathroom is located in the guest house.

Q.  What will I find in the kitchen? 
A. The kitchen is equipped with place settings, utensils, mugs, glass ware, wine glasses for 12 guests. Also included, you will find pots and pans, cooking utensils glass baking dishes, tins, cheese grater, measuring cups & spoons, wine opener, ice cream scoop, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cutting board, pot holder and dish towels.

Q. Is there firewood for the fireplace?
A. No firewood is provided and no fires are permitted in the fire pit or in the cabin.

Q. Is there a BBQ at the house?
A. No, but you are welcome to bring your own, however any BBQing must be done on the south side of the house

Q. How many TV’s are in the house?
A. Six TV's in the main house. One TV in the guest house.

Q. Do you have a DVD or VHS player?
A. Yes

Q. Do you provide any movies?
A. No, feel free to bring or rent your own.

Q. Do you provide any board games?
A. Yes, you will find numerous games along with poker chips and cards.

Q. Do you provide linens?
A. Yes, we provide all bedding and towels for your stay at no charge. There is a washer and dryer should you need fresh linens during your stay.

Q. Is there internet access?
A. Yes, we provide wireless internet.
